The Chan Family

Hong Kong Bakery and Bistro owners Berry Lai and Shu Lam Chan opened their first store in 2003 on Troy-Schenectady Road in Latham, then moved to two different locations on Central Avenue in Albany before settling at their newly renovated 8 Wolf Road location in Colonie in July of 2013. They, along with their daughters Vanessa and Vivian, run the business with master chefs from Hong Kong who are experienced in creating the authentic regional cuisine of southern China. Mr. Chan has more than 30 years as a baker of favorite Chinese style cakes, pastries, buns and specialty desserts. They invite you visit their bistro and try some of the unique flavors brought to Albany from Hong Kong. Your comments and feedback are welcome.
